[dropcap style=”font-size: 70px; color: #052b51; font-family: ‘Droid Serif’, Arial, sans-serif;”] W [/dropcap] e’d like to request that all Sunny Park clients who are registered Gauteng Horse Society members take a few minutes to read this post and email the GHS Chairlady. We’d like to turn your attention to Kyalami Equestrian Park’s proposed arena upgrades.
A letter from the GHS Executive chairman was sent out last week proposing some upgrades to the arenas. This includes refurbishing of the North, May Foxcroft, East & Peter Minnie arenas as well as the warm ups. Part of the proposal outlines a special levy to be imposed on all members. Each member will be expected to pay R1000 over and above their current subs.
There has been some generous donations in the form of equipment and resources from some individuals as outlined in the letter. The chairman also outlines the following: “I appreciate this may not prove a popular decision with some of the membership and in order to gauge the responses and support for this initiative I invite you to send comment, both positive and otherwise, by email to NJ, GHS general manager (gm@ghsinfo.co.za). As this matter is fairly urgent, I request your comment be received on or before close of business on 29 January 2013”.
We’d like to encourage you to send your comment through to NJ.
Should you wish to receive a copy of the letter sent out – please text message Sam at The Words Agency with your email address and she will forward it on to you. Her number is 082 554 9681.
