We’d like to just remind clients of the processes involved when paying for lessons. Please make sure you are aware of the procedure so as not to get caught in a difficult situation down the line.
Cash clients please note the following procedure:
1. The instructor must give you a form to fill in with your personal information and you must return this to him or her.
2. The client pays cash to the instructor.
3. The instructor will give you a receipt.
4. Any arrangements outside of this procedure is NOT approved by Sunny Park nor sanctioned by them.
We are trying to alleviate any kind of theft or fraud and this protects the owner and the client.
Contract clients please follow the below procedure:
1. Once the client has decided to pay a monthly contract, forms are to be filled in with personal information and an email address included. Invoices will be sent to this email address monthly.
