She is studying under a professional instructor Nicola Sime and meets the criteria of an intermediate instructor. She is a 1:20m graded show jumper. She has completed EQASA modules 1-4 (new system) and is currently studying towards the EQASA module 5 (International Coach Level 1).

She meets the criteria of novice instructor from lead reign to jumping a small course of jumps as she is studying under a Professional Instructor Nicola Sime.

As Nicola is a top show jumping competitorcompeting in World Cup Qualifiers, SA Champs and other top shows there will be times during the year where she will not be teaching. During these periods then Christi will take the lessons and Jade will take Christi’s lessons. This is a normal procedure for top competitive yards where their top professional rider is away.

Our lesson prices are designed to give our in house stablers high level coaching at minimum junior rates.

Clients who do not stable at Sunny Park are offered high level coaching at senior rates by Nicola Sime on a “Pay As U GO”. We do not offer the cheaper contract to outside clients as maintenance and upkeep to our jumping arena is paid and factored in by our stabling prices.

Achieving to a high level of riding is determined by many factors:

  • Rider ability;
  • Horse ability;
  • Instructor ability. This is easily measured by the amount of riders that are competing at open level and who have achieved this in the past.
  • Determination and ability to take the good with the bad
