Top riders make top coaches

[dropcap style=”font-size: 70px; color: #052b51; font-family: ‘Droid Serif’, Arial, sans-serif;”] T [/dropcap] here can be no argument that to coach riders at top level you need to ride at top level. Take a look at the top 20 showjumpers in South Africa – they all ride with coaches who currently or did successfully compete at the highest level. Nicola Sime, Sunny Park’s instructor, is no exception.

Nicola has successfully produced numerous riders to the highest level of the sport. Currently young rider Jess is ranked number 1 in the FEI Children’s International Classic Bronze Tour and in the past few months Nicola has seen 3 of her riders successfully enter the open heights. But don’t take our word for it:

Nicola’s coaching accolades are impressive but so to are her riding achievements. This past month Nicola competed at the Oxford Freshmarket South African Championships. In the big 1.50 class she placed 5th and 6th on A Square Forklift’s El Paso and Fulvic Health’s Connoisseur. Nicola regularly places on both mounts in the bigger classes.

However, not to be outdone Nicola also placed 3rd in the 1.40 National Championship on the incredible A Square Forklift’s Crispin.

Nicola is extremely grateful to the support of her two incredible sponsors, namely A Square Forklifts and Fulvic Health. Prep for the South African Derby now begins.
